Jersey Shore spin off called "Buck Wild"

MTV hopes a new "reality" show set in West Virginia will find "Jersey Shore" success, but state officials aren't on board with the idea.

"Buck Wild" will star a group of friends and recent high school graduates in rural West Virginia, according to TV Guide.

The show, "will include a wide range of kids across the socio-economic strata -- from the more well off kids living 'up in the hills' to the working-class kids down 'in the holler,'" according to TV Guide.

Pam Haynes, director of the West Virginia Film Office, said New Remote Productions Inc., which has worked on several projects for MTV, applied twice -- once in May and once in July -- for a state tax credit. They were denied both times, out of fear the show would cast the state in a negative light.

Hunt for man who tried to shoot out White House window

Police are searching for a 21-year-old Idaho man who shot at a White House window with an AK-47 assault rifle on Friday.

Police have named 21-year-old Oscar Ortega Hernandez of Idaho as a suspect in the bizarre shooting. Witnesses tell police they heard shots and saw two speeding vehicles leave the area. An AK-47 rifle was recovered nearby.

The Secret Service found one bullet lodged in the protective ballistic glass of a historic exterior window. Another spent round was found on the grounds of the White House.

U.S. President Barack Obama was not in his official residence at the time of the shooting. He landed in Australia yesterday amid heightened security after documents were found revealing his possible locations while in Australia.

According to the Daily Mail, the documents detailing the Secret Service’s scouting locations for possible Obama visits were left in a van in full view of passersby.

The Secret Service has tightened security to ensure the safety of the president.

Justin Bieber’s Alleged Baby Mama Drops Her Suit

Facing a lawsuit from pop idol Justin Bieber, the Stan who accused him of fathering her child has quietly dropped her paternity suit, according to TMZ.

Mariah Yeater, 20, claimed the baby-faced, 17-year-old singer picked her out of the audience and impregnated her on a shelf in a bathroom backstage after one of his concerts at LA’s Staples Center last year.

As ludicrous as that sounds, her allegations sent the gullible media into a feeding frenzy.

In her paternity suit, Yeater said the quickie sex produced her now 4-month-old son. She was suing Bieber for child support.

Bieber and his lawyers vehemently denied her allegations. But was it even necessary for them to respond?

Bieber’s lawyers should proceed with the lawsuit to deter his other Stans from pulling a similar stunt to make a name for themselves.

Cameltoe Gets Forever 21 Thong Removed From Facebook

Forever 21 is going all American Apparel on our asses. Literally! A quick click-through on their online lingerie section revealed some scandalous cameltoe action. When the blogger for WTForever21 posted one of the most explicit examples on her Facebook page, the content was removed shortly thereafter. No reason was cited, though the blogger guesses the problem was that the “young women’s vagina lips [were quite] so clearly outlined.” They are called labia, honey.

Do y’all think this photo crosses the line? Or is Facebook just overreacting, as usual?

Lindsay Lohan's Playboy Cover Shoot Is "Absolutely Fantastic," Says Rep

Some bunny sure got lucky.

Not only was Lindsay Lohan's 30-day jail sentence reduced to under five hours, but her Playboy shoot last week was a massive success, according to her rep.

"The pictorial is absolutely fantastic and very tasteful, and will be accompanied by an interview that will let readers see another side of Lindsay," the 25-year-old actress' rep told Us Weekly in a statement Monday.

PHOTOS: Lindsay's OMG moments

The Mean Girls' star's mom, Dina, was totally on board with her daughters decision to strip, telling The Insider it was "an opportunity."

"I've seen [the photos]," Dina, 49, added. "She's really great in front of the camera."

PHOTOS: Lindsay's courtroom couture

But Lindsay's not quite out of the woods yet. Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced the former Disney star to perform 12 days of community service at the morgue and attend four psychotherapy sessions before Dec. 14. She is also not allowed to leave California without her new probation officer's approval (with the exception of holidays.)

PHOTOS: Lindsay's changing face

"From what I can see of you, you need a structure. And this is a structure," Sautner told her Wednesday. "If you do all of this, then by March 29, you just go about your business and you obey all laws."

The January/February issue of Playboy -- with Lindsay as its covergirl -- hits newsstands in late December.

Picture of Justin Bieber’s alleged baby mama and son

Teen idol Justin Bieber, whose testicles descended earlier this year, sounded a hot mess during last night’s telecast of ABC’s ‘Dancing With the Stars’ results show.

Weighing heavily on his mind must have been the paternity suit filed by a 20-year-old California Stan accusing him of fathering her 3-month-old baby boy.

Mariah Yeater was paid an undisclosed sum of money to tell her story to Star Magazine, which features Mariah and her son on the cover this week. Yeater filed her paternity suit on Oct. 31 in LA. She said the sexual tryst with Bieber occurred on a shelf in a bathroom at the Staples Center following a concert last year.

JSSAS: Woman Stabs Boyfriend Repeatedly Because He was Cheating at Monopoly

Board games can get pretty intense sometimes … but a 60-year-old New Mexican woman went overboard when she repeatedly stabbed her boyfriend after accusing him of cheating at Monopoly.

An intoxicated Laura Chavez and her equally drunk boyfriend were playing the world famous board game at her Santa Fe, NM apartment with her 10-year-old grandson when she noticed her boyfriend Clyde “Butch” Smith cheating.

So Chavez sent her grandson upstairs, grabbed a kitchen knife and attempted to play Fruit Ninja with Smith’s face.

The man, who cops found bleeding heavily from wounds on his head and right wrist, was hospitalized yesterday in stable condition. Smith told investigators that Chavez first hit him over the head with a glass bottle and then “grabbed a knife and began cutting him, causing injuries to the top of his head, neck, left eye brow and right wrist area.”

When cops arrived at Chavez’s building, she was sitting under the porch “covered with suspected blood.” Asked if the blood was Smith’s, she answered, “Yes, I fucked him up.”

Chavez was immediately sent to jail (without passing Go and/or collecting $200) on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and is currently being held on $5,000 bond.

When Animal Hoarding Goes Horribly Wrong: Over 150 Cats (Dead and Alive) Found in Maryland Home

Animal Control officers found more than 150 cats, dead and alive, inside a Maryland home after a raid last week in one of the worst cases of animal abuse in the history of the state of Maryland. (And probably anywhere else for that matter!)

68 of the cats were dead, and their bodies were in plastic bags, coolers and shallow graves at the home. Officers took the 89 living cats they found on the property to a local vet where some had to unfortunately be euthanized due to their poor physical condition.

The cats that were able to survive are being assessed in hopes that they be can be adopted.

Neighbors say they were fully aware of the homeowner’s problem with animal hoarding. One neighbor told reporters, “I think everyone knows about the smell. Anytime that we went by, there was a smell.”

“When they are in different forms of decomposition, the odor is tremendous,” Harold Domer of the Frederick County Animal Control center said. “When we served the warrant on that Tuesday, we had a device that measured the ammonia smell and it was over 300 particles per million. That does require gas masks.”

Some neighbors say the owner of the home had been saving the lives of unwanted cats.

“Everybody knows around here, if you’ve got a cat you don’t want, you throw it in her yard, it’s going to be alright,” Brent Geouge said. “Because if you take it to the animal shelter, they’re going to kill it.”

The homeowner now faces a number of charges, including animal neglect, which could put her in prison for up to 90 days. She could also receive a $1,000 fine for each count of animal neglect.
